Please print the cardiac form and have each dogs forms completed prior to coming to the clinic.   Also there is plenty of parking.  Please make sure all dogs are in crates or on leashes and they have gone to the potty before coming into the clinic.  Contact  Sharon@RhoyalCavaliers.com include your name, phone and email the number of your dogs for each test preferred or call Sharon at 206-399-0088.
